Our Story
Every book begins with a story.
This is ours.
There are moments in life that quietly divide everything into before and after.
Moments we never asked for.
Moments we would never choose.
And yet, looking back, we discover that they became the very chapters through which our lives found their deepest meaning.
Talmudi Press was born from one of those moments.
Why Talmudi Press?
Books have always fascinated me.
Not because they fill shelves, but because they fill lives.
A single idea encountered at the right moment can change the direction of a family, a career, a marriage, or even an entire life.
Some books entertain us.
Some educate us.
The books that have shaped me did something greater.
They taught me how to see.
They taught me to recognize purpose where I once saw coincidence, gratitude where I once saw routine, and the quiet hand of God in places I had never thought to look.
Talmudi Press was founded to publish books that offer that same gift to others.
Why Write?
For many years, I believed I was simply collecting experiences.
Only later did I realize they were collecting me.
Every conversation.
Every friendship.
Every success.
Every disappointment.
Every blessing.
Every unanswered question.
Together they formed a language I felt compelled to share.
Writing became more than an act of expression.
It became an act of gratitude.
A way of preserving the lessons that suffering, kindness, faith, and extraordinary people had patiently taught me.
If those lessons could strengthen even one other person, then they were never mine to keep.
Why These Themes?
Faith.
Kindness.
Gratitude.
Purpose.
Marriage.
Healing.
Friendship.
Forgiveness.
Hope.
Wisdom.
These are not simply subjects I chose because they interested me.
They are the questions life insisted I answer.
Over time, those questions gave rise to many others—trust, resilience, leadership, beauty, time, community, Israel, Torah, love, and countless more. Together, they form the living library of Talmudi Press.
Again and again, I discovered that the deepest transformations rarely begin with dramatic events.
They begin with quiet changes in perspective.
Learning to forgive.
Learning to trust.
Learning to notice.
Learning to hope.
The books and essays published by Talmudi Press are united by one enduring conviction:
That changing the way we see the world ultimately changes the way we live within it.

How Suffering Shaped the Mission
There came a season when life slowed to a pace I never expected.
Illness, uncertainty, long hospital corridors, chemotherapy, COVID, a bone marrow transplant, and countless moments when tomorrow felt far less certain than today.
Those years changed me.
Not because suffering is beautiful.
It isn't.
But because suffering has a way of revealing what comfort often conceals.
It taught me the value of ordinary mornings.
The miracle of a quiet breath.
The strength found in faith.
The kindness of strangers.
The devotion of family.
The prayers of a community.
And the remarkable truth that even in our darkest chapters, hope continues to write.
Without those years, these books would never have existed.
The Legacy We Hope to Leave
Every generation inherits a library.
Some books explain the world.
Others help us understand ourselves.
Our hope is that Talmudi Press will become a home for books that readers return to throughout their lives.
Books that are shared between parents and children.
Between teachers and students.
Between friends searching for hope.
Books whose pages become worn not because they are old, but because they are loved.
If, years from now, someone closes one of these books seeing life with greater faith, deeper gratitude, renewed purpose, or a kinder heart, then this work will have fulfilled its purpose.
An Invitation
This publishing house is still young.
Its shelves are only beginning to fill.
But every meaningful library starts with a single book.
Thank you for opening this one with us.
Welcome to Talmudi Press.
